Fusion Allergy Cooling Mask

Introduction:

The FUSION® Allergy Cooling Mask is a reusable cooling mask to relieve hayfever or allergic symptoms around the eyes, such as itchy, red, watery eyes as well as puffy or inflamed eyelids.

The FUSION® Allergy Cooling Mask features HydroCool Technology to provide cooling therapy to the closed eyelids. Suitable for allergies caused by pollen, dust mites, grass and animal dander.

Materials:

Outer bag (PE & Nylon), Elastic straps (polyester and latex), Velcro (polyester), inner filling (glycerin, sodium chloride and water).

Recommended For:

• Seasonal Allergic Conjunctivitis
• Perennial Allergic Conjunctivitis
• Patients with eye injuries where there is not an open wound
• Hyperaemia
• Symptoms of watery eyes, puffy eyes or inflamed eyes
• Swelling
• Migraines and Headaches
• Digital eye strain

• Children and all ages
• Pregnant and lactating women
• Contact lens wearers (remove before use)
• Long term daily use
• Patients that need a product that is preservative, alcohol and phosphate free

Precautions:

• “Do not recommend for sensitive skin or open wounds
• The head straps in this product contain latex
• Store at room temperature (freeze an hour before intended use)
• May cause short term blurring in vision that should clear within a few minutes
• Contact lens wearers must remove lenses prior to using the FUSION® Allergy Cooling Mask

How it works:

FUSION® Allergy Cooling Mask incorporates HydroCool technology (Glycerin gel beads) to act as an energy container, allowing it to transfer cold thermal energy.

FUSION® Allergy Cooling Mask can provide a cooling therapy once removed from the freezer. Cold therapies can reduce the symptoms of hayfever or allergic symptoms around the eyes, such as itchy, red, watery eyes as well as puffy or inflamed eyelids.

When placed in the freezer the HydroCool beads absorb cold energy. This energy is then transferred to the patient by applying the mask on the eyes to provide immediate cooling relief from intense symptoms associated with ocular allergies.

Cold therapy constricts the blood vessels which results in normal blood flow and reduced inflammation around the eye.
