Meet The Experts

James S. Wolffsohn, BSc, PhD, PGDip, PGCert, MBA
Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Professor at Aston University, Birmingham. He has published over 300 peer-reviewed papers, chaired the TFOS DEWS III Diagnostic Methodology Report, and co-authored multiple international consensus statements on contact lens discomfort, presbyopia, and myopia management.

Fiona J. Stapleton, BSc (Hons), MSc, PhD, FCOptom, FTSE, FAAO (Dip)
A Professor of Optometry at UNSW Sydney and chair of the TFOS DEWS III Digest Report. A recognised leader in corneal and ocular surface research, she has published extensively on microbial keratitis, contact lens-related disease, and dry eye epidemiology.

Lyndon W. J. Jones, BOptom, PhD, DSc (Hon), FCOptom, FAAO, FCAHS, FIACLE, FBCLA
University Professor at the University of Waterloo, Canada and Director of the Centre for Ocular Research & Education (CORE). As Chair of the TFOS DEWS III Management and Therapy Report, he led the systematic evaluation of current and emerging therapies, producing new evidence-based treatment algorithms.

Jennifer P. Craig, PhD, FCOptom, FAAO, FBCLA, FACLS
Professor at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and a global authority on dry eye disease, meibomian gland dysfunction, and ocular surface imaging. She has played a central role in TFOS initiatives for over a decade, co-chairing the Definition & Classification Report in DEWS II, and co-authoring the TFOS DEWS III Editorial.
