When you respond to a Scope Connect advertisement using a LinkedIn Lead Generation Form, LinkedIn shares the information you submit with us, typically your name, email address, profession, and place of work, whether pre-filled from your LinkedIn profile or entered by you. This Privacy Policy governs our use of that information once it is shared with us. LinkedIn’s own handling of your information is governed by LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to review.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you access the Site, we may automatically collect:

Operating system
Pages viewed and duration of visit
Referring URLs

1.4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on the Site to enhance user experience and analyse performance, including the LinkedIn Insight Tag where we run LinkedIn advertising. For every UK/EU subscriber, we keep a record of:

What you consented to, including the exact language and form version
When you consented
How you consented, including form URL, IP address, or submission method (including via a LinkedIn Lead Generation Form)
Any subsequent changes, such as preference updates or partial unsubscribes

9. Suppression Lists

When you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we do not delete your record entirely. Instead, we move your email address, unsubscribe date, and source to a suppression list, so that we can honor your preference and avoid contacting you again. Other personal data not needed for suppression purposes is deleted. We retain suppression list entries for a minimum of 3 years.

10. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and multi-factor authentication on our platforms where available. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

Scope Connect operates across the UK, Ireland, and the United States.
